Unphotographable

This is a photo I did not take of a police car parked on the sidewalk with its lights flashing, a police officer standing next to the car rubbing away the image of a giant penis carved into the fence's thick hoar frost, the frosty depicted ejaculate traveling the entire length of the fence.
